MDF Board

Medium density fiberboards or MDF Boards are made of multiple types of thin panels that are basically combined forms of wax, resin, urea melamine formaldehyde ( binder) and wood fiber. These multipurpose boards are preferred over chipboard and plywood for their more resiliency level and more dense structure. MDF Boards are well known for their good modulus of rupture, excellent bonding strength. High modulus elasticity level, strong water absorption properties and good swelling characteristics.  There are several advantages of using MDF materials. Apart from their lower cost than wood, medium density fiberboards are well known for their high strength, stiff surface and fine grain particle based surface.
